Insurance programme design and product development firm Sproutr has officially announced the promotion of Jeff Breault, CPCU, to Head of Insurance.
In his expanded role, Breault leads the teams responsible for program management, actuarial work, product development, compliance, and regulatory filing across all Sproutr engagements. He is tasked with setting the standards, priorities, and growth initiatives that determine the firm’s service scope, while ensuring every insurance program and internal process meets the high standards of the Sproutr brand.
According to Sproutr, program builders often arrive with strong product ideas but limited background in how a program is designed, priced, filed, and governed. Breault’s leadership embodies the firm’s core value of “See Beyond”—synthesizing client ambitions with unspoken market needs.
